The Colorado Building is a historic building in downtown of Denver. The remodeling and rehabilitation processes were rather complicated as a great deal of research has been made on the subject of preservation of its historic significance.
Our 7Studio's work included the replacement of all the interior and exterior windows, the whole remodeling of the main entry hall and general lobbies, the extension of the lift service to the penthouse floor not served before, and the interior design of tenant rooms. After the remodeling process, the building turned into a functional and contemporary office.
